As part of our ongoing partnership with Mondi, we had the privilege of conceptualising and delivering a vibrant Family Fun Day designed to celebrate Mondi’s employees and their families. The event was created as a relaxed, engaging experience that brought people together in a festive, fun-day atmosphere, reflecting Mondi’s appreciation for its staff and their support networks.

Our involvement spanned the full end-to-end delivery of the event. From the initial concept and creative direction, we designed a lively programme that catered to all age groups, incorporating a mix of sports, interactive activities, inflatables, rides, and entertainment. A central stage formed the heart of the event, featuring a DJ and live performances that added energy and cohesion throughout the day.

Beyond the entertainment offering, we managed every operational element to ensure a seamless experience. This included full event planning and layout design, provision of meals for all attendees, coordination of infrastructure such as ablution facilities, and ensuring all safety requirements and sign-offs were in place.

The result was a well-executed, inclusive event that not only delivered on enjoyment but also strengthened internal engagement, leaving a lasting positive impression on all who attended.
